The guided tours are carried out by our art historians and curators. The tours’ themes are based on the different exhibitions currently being shown and alternate between them. You can find the themes in the MKdW calendar or, externally, in the Föhr Tourismus GmbH’s printed and digital calendars of events.
The public guided tours (max. 10-15 participants) are held in German. Only in exceptional cases – for example, on days where the weather leads to extra visitors – is it possible for up to five more people to join the tour of discovery.
The most modern technology is used to facilitate our guided tours, so that you can listen and ask questions without any distractions. Each participant receives a convenient device with headphones for this purpose. Each device is carefully cleaned and disinfected after its use.
